During the renovation and furnishing process, I didn\u2019t yet realize that this would become my professional path. The real breakthrough came when I put the house up for sale.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"245\" data-end=\"543\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">At that time, I collaborated with a real estate agent; together, we prepared the space for presentation, and the entire property was showcased through professional photos. The result? <b>Just four days after listing<\/b>, the first clients appeared and decided to purchase \u2013 <b>without any price negotiations<\/b>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"545\" data-end=\"778\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This experience showed me that <b>interior design <\/b>and <b>property preparation<\/b> have a huge impact on its value and time on the market. I realized that interior design is not just about aesthetics but, above all, a <b>strategic investment tool<\/b>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"1060\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For many years, I worked in finance and in international corporations, where I learned how to analyze numbers, plan processes, and think strategically. After that phase of my career, I decided to combine this knowledge with my passion for interiors and create my own design brand.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1298\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Today, I help investors sell and rent apartments faster, at higher prices, and without unnecessary costs. I create online projects \u2013 from concepts and 3D visualizations to shopping lists and documentation for renovation teams.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1589\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">What sets my projects apart is that I combine <b>financial and corporate experience<\/b> with creativity and aesthetics. Because of this, I look at properties not only through the eyes of a designer but also as an analyst \u2013 I am able to <b>combine aesthetics <\/b>with the<b> profitability <\/b>of the investment.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1591\" data-end=\"1800\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">From my own experience, I know that a well-prepared property not only sells faster but also at a higher price. That\u2019s why every project I create is not only <b>aesthetic<\/b> and <b>functional <\/b>but also <b>focused on profit<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
